Sea Day

Today was our first day at sea on this cruise.  Because we lost one hour last night, we did not get up until 8ish.  When we left the suite we bumped into Sue and Pat so we had breakfast with them.. Nice to talk with them one on one.

We did swim later for one hour.  We are the only ones in the pool.  The pool is well heated so it is rather enjoyable.  But you need your towel close by when you get out.

Sea days are very relaxing.  Worked on my needlepoint project.  They only have needlepoint on sea days in the afternoon.  Lots of ladies came to pick up projects.  I wonder if we will see them again.  I am doing the Mensa quiz every day.  So far I have gotten them all correct. Not really that difficult.

We had cocktails in the Stars Lounge.  Seems lots of the bar waiters know what I drink already.  In fact, one of the bar waitresses from Explorer is here and she remembered what drink both Bob and I enjoyed.  Amazing memory.

Dinner was in Compass Rose.  We had a nice table for two.  Bob had lobster and I enjoyed the lamb.  We also had lunch in Compass Rose and got to talking with a couple who live in Glen Mills.  So we arranged to have dinner with them on Tuesday night.

Not much more to say.  We skipped the show as both of us were tired.  But a good day.
